A: No we do not have a physical store and we don't accept visits, only deliveries.

A: These couriers require package drop off at designated outlets, and currently we don't have the manpower to handle this process.

Q: Are the digital Steam games region locked?
A: Yes, they are typically region locked to Southeast Asia (SEA) and can only be activated or redeemed in the following countries: Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam, and Brunei Darussalam.
